Congratulations! I can’t wait to see and hear about it all.
Not sure if this training is out of my league now?

Congrats !! I love AOS material !! Its the Best !

  4. Did my initial assessment with Eric this week. Then did a couple of circuits of a typical routine and really loved it! It is a whole new slant on working out. The 20 mins I completed here felt more effective than an hour workout I would normally do at the gym. I’m excited to get started!

  5. Angie has an amazing way of inspiring fitness! She seems to intuitively know your weaknesses and finds ways to build strength without risking injury. What makes Art of Strength stand out from other places is the ability of the trainers to help those of ALL fitness levels. You won’t be disappointed!
