Art of Strength - FITNESS IS NOT A FAD™
“Unlike societies in which physical culture is a well-understood and practiced way of life, fitness and health in America is dominated by fad products, fad programs, fad diets and fad cures. Art of Strength is proudly and emphatically different, a philosophy which embodies basic and enduring principles of physical culture – simple tools, highly motivating workouts, lifelong benefits. While its core is unwavering, Art of Strength continues to invent and to evolve, and the success of our programs is proven everyday by world-class athletes, by professional trainers, by seniors rediscovering their vigor, by kids at play. Getting stronger, fitter and healthier is a necessary part of the art of living happily and living well. It’s the Art of Strength.”

Hooray! Can’t wait to start working out again.
After having 2 ACL surgeries, my Orthopedist said I would be lucky to jog 20 minutes at a time. After the birth of my son, I experienced nerve damage in one of my legs and felt depressed about how weak my body had suddenly become. With the help of Angie and her implementation of the Art of Strength program, I have worked my way up to running 5 miles at a time and I feel strong and confident about working out again. This is something that I look forward to and really enjoy doing. Give it a try, you won’t regret it! I’m sold for life.
